About Cherise
Cherise was born to inform and entertain. From a young age she was voicing characters for every dog she knew, and keeping family and friends up to date (reading the local newspaper daily) and amused when life got too serious. That translated into a professional career as a news & entertainment producer and hobbyist musical theatre actor, which blossomed into full time voice acting! Her goal in life has always been to relate to people and form meaningful connections, and she is ready to help you connect to your audience and tell your story with warmth, humor, and honesty.
Training
I have taken commercial, book narration, and improv courses and started doing voice acting work in 2018, but have focused solely on voice acting since 2025. I also have editing/post production skills, and acting, vocal, and instrumental training.
Specials
I can sing virtually any style and have a wide range (tenor to first soprano), and can whistle!
My acting roles have ranged from Velma VonTussel (Hairspray) to Marian the Librarian (The Music Man).
I have strong editing experience, as well as newswriting skills, and am happy to collaborate!
